We're currently hiring Swim Instructors!

Responsibilities: 

• Provide competent, safe instruction using recognized teaching techniques

• Plan and effectively organize class time for maximum pratice, create weekly lesson plans

• Teach consistently with encouragement and positive reinforcement

• Advocate and develop good public relations by talking with parents before and after class

• Arrive prepared and dressed appropriately to each of your lessons

Requirements: 

• Ability to instruct swimming lessons, includes knowledge of swimming strokes, water safety and teaching levels

• Excellent interpersonal communication, decision-making and organizational skills

• Self-motivated and ability to work without supervision

• Previous swim instruction experience

• Previous experience with Special Needs
